Going big in 2026!

After a great 2025 attending conventions around the country I am excited to say that the slate for 2026 is even bigger and better with lots of chances to connect with you all. 01/03/2026 - UKCGF Bristol Comic Con - I will be starting the year of on home ground as UKCGF take over The Prospect Building, Bristol. This is set to be a great event, in a new venue with great guests, photo props and sets, exhibitors and rumour has it the release of a brand new Dicepool Party Comic (more on that soon). 07/03/2026-08/03/2026 - UKCGF Exeter Comic Con - Returning to UKCGF's flagship comic con at the Westpoint Arena, Exeter, for the third time, this is a con not to be missed. The event is huge and filled with things to do. With guests including Tom Rosenthal, James Cosmo, Tyger Drew-Honey, Dylan Llewellyn, and Jame D'arcy, superstar artists such as Grant Perkins and Nigel Parkinson, Fusion Extreme BMX displays, professional wrestling, wall to wall exhibitors, cosplay competitions, vehicles on display inside and out, photo props and sets, and retro gaming to name just a fraction of the fun. 23/03/2026 - Gosport Comic Con - This is one that I have been excited for since I first learnt of it. Run by Vanguard Comics in Gosport the con will be taking place in Bayhouse School, Gosport. If I haven't sold it enough already, the guest of honour? Marina Sertis!!! That's right, Councilor Deanna Troi of Star Trek: TNG fame is going to be in the building. If that wasn't enough (how is it not?), there will be more great guests, fantastic artists and publishers, great photo opportunities and much much more. This one will be wild. 12/04/2026 - UKCGF Barnstaple Comic Con - This will be the first time for me attending the UKCGF comic con in the Tarka Leisure Centre in Barnstaple. As you can tell from above I have enjoyed working previous events and know that they will put on a great show. 19/04/2026 - UKCGF Cardiff Comic Con - Another first for me with the ever dependible UKCGF. This one is going to be at Cardiff City Football Ground in Cardiff. I'm excited to be doing my first con in Wales and know this will be a great show. Guests announced so far include Alexander Vlahos, Jack Ayres, Scott Arthur and John Simpkin. With gaming, potion classes, exhibitors and more already confirmed, it's shaping up to be another great one. Tickets avaiable at www.ukcgf.com

02/05/2026-03/05/2026 - Liverpool Comic Con - I am incredibly excited to announce this one. For anyone who hasn't heard of or seen Liverpool Comic Con, this is one of the biggest cons in the whole of Europe. I went to Liverpool Comic Con in May of 2024 and was in awe of the sheer size of the event. Truly there was so much to do that despite being there all day for both days and still didn't see it all. Monopoly are well known for putting on amazing shows filled with huge names. This one is no different. They have already announced more people than I have space for but to name just a few, William Shatner (eeeeek!), Gillian Anderson (double eeek!) and muliple cast members from shows such as Stranger Things, Orange is the New Black, and X-Men '97 will be in attendance. There will be great panels all weekend with all of the stars in attendance and wall to wall things to do in multiple halls at the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool. Do not miss out on this one. 09/05/2026-10/05/2026 - Lawless Comic Con - Another home ground event, Lawless Comic con will be taking over the Doubletree by Hilton, Bristol on my birthday weekend. Not only that but it's my 40! Lawless is without a doubt one of the best comic conventions out there. The dedication to British comics, along with artists and writers is amazing. Again the guest list is filled with amazing people and is sadly too long to put it all here but highlights include the John Wagner, Jock, Glenn Fabry and John McCrea! 16/05/2026 - UKCGF Bath and West Comic Con - Last time I was at the Bath and West Showground in Shepton Mallet was February last year. It was a good day but crazy cold. The adverse weather meant people didn't stay around too long. This year should be much better in the (hopefully) warm May weather. Expect all the great things from the UKCGF events in a great venue. 31/05/2026 - UKCGF Taunton Comic Con - Yet another new UKCGF for me. This time at the Wellspring Leisure Centre in Taunton. Details are limited at the moment but they have already announced the Lightsabre Academy, great photo props and sets and Grant Perkins! Keep an eye on this one as I know they will be delivering a great show in a lovely area. Tickets available at www.ukcgf.com

11/07/2026-12/07/2026 - Midlands Comic Con Birmingham - Another Monopoly event that I am extremely proud to say I have been selected to be a part of. No guests have been announced just yet but I can guarantee it will be filled with huge names, great panels, amazing exhibitors and all the trimmings of a fantastic comic con, set right inside Birmingham's world famous NEC.
